Role Overview:
We’re looking for ambitious new graduates who want to take on ownership early in their career. This is not a typical entry-level role—it’s a fast-paced, hands-on position where you’ll gain direct exposure to entrepreneurship, performance marketing, and creator partnerships.
You’ll be trained in our systems and frameworks, but you’ll also be trusted to set direction, experiment, and take responsibility for client outcomes. You’ll own accounts end to end—driving growth, solving problems, and learning how to operate like a founder.
This is an in-person role in DTLA, Los Angeles.
What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager at Spotlight Media, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll combine execution with strategy to help our brands scale on TikTok Shop. Your responsibilities will include:
- TikTok Shop Management
- Support product selection and positioning decisions.
- Build and track client P&Ls with mentorship from senior team members.
- Creator Management
- Coordinate creator sampling and outreach campaigns.
- Audit creator performance and identify early signals of top performers.
- Community & Campaign Management
- Help design and run creator competitions or challenges.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Advertising & Growth Strategy
- Learn how and when to use Spark Ads and creative boosts.
- Identify winning strategies (“alphas”) alongside your pod and double down on what works.
Compensation Range: $60k – $80k
