We’ve built one of the largest creator ecosystems in the space, with over 1,800 active TikTok Shop creators and more than 40,000 creator collaborations in the past year alone.

We're now doubling down on Paid Content Campaigns—helping brands generate viral short-form videos that actually convert. This is one of the fastest-growing arms of our business, and we’re looking for a leader to own it end to end.


The Role: Paid Content Strategist (TikTok Shop)

This is not a cog-in-the-machine job. We’re looking for a creative, entrepreneurial leader who wants to own this channel like it’s your business. If you’ve ever wanted to run your own agency or startup but didn’t want to start from scratch, this is your shot.

You’ll be the first full-time hire in our Paid Content division, working directly with top-tier brands and our army of TikTok creators. You’ll build and run paid creator campaigns from concept to execution- strategy, creator sourcing, content guidelines, performance tracking, and everything in between.

As results scale (and they already are), you’ll get the green light to build your own team. We’re ready to back you with hiring support, tools, budget, and most importantly- full autonomy.


What You’ll Do

  • Own Paid Campaigns End-to-End: You’re the boss- from kickoff to results.
  • Develop Content Strategy: Create briefs that blend TikTok trends with brand messaging for high-performing videos.
  • Recruit & Manage Creators: Source top TikTok Shop talent, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Oversee Production: Review content submissions, provide feedback, and ensure final videos are optimized to convert.
  • Track Performance & Iterate: Analyze performance, test new hooks, and refine campaigns based on data.
  • Build the Future Team: Once campaigns scale, you’ll hire and lead a team of campaign managers under your direction.


You’re a Fit If You...

  • Have been a TikTok Shop creator yourself with $100,000+ in lifetime GMV.
  • Know what makes TikTok videos go viral- from the hook to the CTA.
  • Have basic editing chops (CapCut or similar) and can confidently give feedback.
  • Love owning projects from start to finish—you're not just executing, you're building.
  • Have experience juggling multiple campaigns, timelines, and creator relationships.
  • Think like a strategist and a content creator—you understand both the brand’s and creator’s point of view.
  • Are hungry to grow, lead, and win in a fast-moving environment.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with TikTok Spark Ads, influencer whitelisting, or paid UGC.
  • Previous agency or in-house UGC campaign experience.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and iteration cycles.
